Shakti Ganeshutsav Mandal, fondly known as Chembur cha Samrat, was established in 2005 with a vision to celebrate the divine presence of Lord Ganesha and bring the community together in the spirit of unity and devotion. Located in the heart of Chembur, a vibrant suburb of Mumbai, our mandal has deep-rooted ties to the rich history and culture of this area.
Our mandal draws inspiration from the brave and visionary leadership of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the warrior king who stood for justice, honor, and unity, qualities that we strive to emulate in all our endeavors.
Additionally, the wisdom and influence of Bal Gangadhar Tilak (Lokmanya Tilak), the great freedom fighter and social reformer, play a significant role in our journey.
Under the leadership of our Adhyaksha, Mahabal G. Shetty, we have grown into a strong community dedicated to the values of unity, service, and devotion.
